What is the cost of MyStay?

MyStay Standard version costs 2 €/month/room. Additional discounts can be given based on the length of the contract and the number of properties for chains. The MyStay Free version is for free.


How much is the setup fee?

There is no setup fee. You will be able to easily prepare your profile in less than 20 minutes. If you need any help, our team is available via online chat.


What is the length of the contract? What are the cancellation terms?

The contract may be canceled at any time.


How long does it take to create a hotel profile?

You will be able to easily prepare and launch your profile in less than 20 minutes. If you need any help, our team is available in an online chat.


How long does integration take? When can our guests start to use MyStay?

MyStay Standard can be integrated into Booking.com or one of many supported PMS (property management system). The length of integration can take from 2 minutes with most PMS up to a few weeks – check availability with our team in online chat.


MyStay Free provides email integration only. Please, see the manual.



How many different languages are supported?

We recommend starting with English as it is the widely-spoken language of travel. MyStay Standard includes language mutations of the system in Czech, Italian, Spanish, German and Slovak. MyStay Free includes only the English version of the system.


Can we add our own address pins to the map?

Of course. Adding address pins is a great way to introduce your community and local partners to your guests.


Who owns the profile data?

Each hotel remains the owner of the content of its profile.


How do we respond to chat messages?

MyStay provides integration to Facebook Messenger function and to WhatsApp. If your property prefers using these channels for communication with guests, you can easily switch this function in MyAdmin. Guests will find the icons for Messenger or WhatsApp on the Property web.


Do we have access to statistics? How can we track usage?

Reporting and usage statistics are tracked and available in real-time in the MyAdmin.


Does MyStay require additional software be installed at the front desk?

No, you don´t need to install any other software.


How should we promote MyStay to guests?

Use integrations or use the link of MyStay property web guide in your standard communication channels.


Where do placed orders go? How are they entered into the system?

Guest orders are listed in the MyAdmin system, where staff can track and modify status (PENDING, COMPLETED, CANCELED). The system also provides email notification to ensure prompt handling.


How do we send the SMS?

MyStay Standard can use the integration and send SMS automatically. MyStay Free does not contain sending SMS.


Is there an additional per-SMS fee?

The price for one SMS depends on the guest’s country, the current price list can be viewed in the MyAdmin Billing section.


How many SMS can we send each month?

You can send an unlimited number of SMS.
